You acknowledge that all utilities provided by QuickTools (e.g., generators, encoders, formatters) operate **entirely on your local browser (client-side)**. We do not store, log, or transmit any data that you input into the tools, including but not limited to passwords, UUIDs, or JSON text.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **France**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
